Veronica Bryant Bean is a writer, cook, and angel investor in food and beverage companies. Her words have appeared in Glamour, The Everygirl, Military Spouse Magazine, and more. She writes the food and beverage substack, Tchin Tchin.

A graduate of the Institute of Culinary Education, Veronica is currently pursuing her master’s in Gastronomy at Boston University. She's endlessly interested in what we eat, why we eat it, and what it all says about us.

Veronica is currently based year-round in New York’s Hudson Valley.
